Yusuf Ezzy, MPT, DPT

Founder & CEO, SMS Therapy, SMS Home Health LLC & SMS Hospice Care

Yusuf Ezzy has dedicated his career to helping people regain mobility, improve their performance, and avoid injuries through personalized rehabilitation plans. With expertise in sports medicine, orthopedic rehab, neurological therapy for spinal cord and brain injuries, and recovery after surgery, he works with athletes, active individuals, and those managing chronic pain or movement disorders, creating customized solutions for each person.

His experience goes far beyond outpatient care, with a background in skilled nursing, acute rehab, and home health, where he’s provided high-quality therapy to a diverse range of patients.

Yusuf spent six years as a physical therapist and clinical coordinator at Memorial Hermann TIRR, where he led initiatives to improve patient outcomes and streamline care processes.

As the founder and CEO of SMS Therapy, Yusuf is deeply committed to delivering exceptional care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors. His leadership ensures that every patient receives a treatment plan focused on mobility, independence, and overall well-being, always putting their needs first.
